Refunds are made to the card from which the payment was previously made. The period for receipt of funds on the card is from 1 to 30 days from the date of the return by the Seller.
Return conditions: When paying with a bank payment card, cash refunds are not allowed.

The refund will be made to the bank payment card within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the "Application for Refund of Funds" by the Company. The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount
To return funds for transactions carried out with errors, you must submit a written application and attach receipts/receipts confirming the erroneous write-off. This application must be sent to the e-mail address info@motus.by.
